The most active group in VRChat
We keep records of how our group is used, and we’d like to share some of what they show. Over the last six months, RBN hosted 48,920 instances across 3,961 worlds. Most nights, during RBN's most active times, over 1% of the total logged in VRChat population are in RBN instances. Here’s a closer look at where we spend our time and how many people come together in our instances.
Data is representative of RBN's usage from March 8 - September 8, 2026. All data sourced from RBN's internal system. Data originally pulled from VRChat API. RBN is a private, adult group for adults only. All RBN instances are private and age verified.
People in our instances
During the first week of September, our daily peak population averaged 852 people.
Every night that week reached 70+ occupied instances at once peaking at 86 concurrently open instances.
Most popular worlds by instance creation
Our members hosted 48,920 instances during this six-month period. Gaming and movie instances are most popular, leading with SlashCo VR at 3,036 and Popcorn Palace with 1,839.
The full list spans 3,961 worlds; everything from gaming to movies to hangouts to music and everything in between.
Most popular worlds by hours
Instance counts only tell part of the story. Adding up everyone’s time in each world gives us another way to look at what’s popular.
Adopt A Furry! leads this chart with 172,873 person-hours, followed by Popcorn Palace with 152,446. A person-hour is one person spending one hour in an instance, so ten people staying for an hour contribute ten person-hours.
Players by day of week
Sunday is our busiest day by average peak attendance, at 921 users. Saturday and Monday are close behind at 910 and 908.
The difference across the week is fairly small: even Wednesday, the lowest day on this chart, averages 804 users at the daily peak.
RBN Mainstage, Chapter 1
